Walton Window Walk
I was commissioned by Walton Village Hall Management Committee with funding from William Milburn Trust, to run workshops to create window decorations.
Aims
To bring the Walton Community together
To increase the participation in the Walton Window Walk
To teach new skills
Three time slots over a day were open for people from Walton Village, Cumbria, to come and create images to put in their window. The theme was books, so everyone chose a favourite book to inspire a design on plastic to put in their widows. Villagers then enjoyed a walk of the village to see each other’s creations.
