Monoprinting

The monoprint is a form of printmaking where the image can only be made once, unlike most printmaking which allows for multiple originals.

During this workshop, participants are taken through a range of Monoprinting techniques and then given time to experiment.

I bring in an array of materials for them to experiment with, like leaves, feathers, fabric.

This workshop is a very relaxed introduction into printmaking. There is no pressure on the participants drawing ability as they can just use textures to make amazing images, or use the images I bring in that they can trace.

This can be a long or short workshop.
